Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all consultations, treatments, products and services provided by Skin&Co. Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic, Block 11, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi (“Skin&Co.”, “we”, “us”), and to the use of our website. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them, together with our Late, Cancellation, Refund and Privacy policies, before your visit.

1. Consultations & bookings

Every treatment begins with a consultation, in person or online, so that one of our doctors can understand your concerns, review your medical history and recommend a suitable plan. Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone or on WhatsApp at 0333-3143669.

• Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our team by call, SMS or WhatsApp.
• Some treatments require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit is adjusted against your treatment fee.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete your forms. See our Late Policy for details.

2. Medical history & consent

For your safety, you must give us complete and accurate information about your medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and any previous aesthetic treatments. You will be asked to sign a consent form before treatment. We are not responsible for complications that arise from information that was withheld or inaccurate.

3. Treatment suitability & results

Our doctors will assess whether a treatment is suitable for you. We may decline or postpone treatment if we feel it is not medically appropriate, unlikely to give you the result you want, or if your expectations are not realistic.

Every person’s skin, hair and body respond differently. While we always aim for the best possible outcome, results cannot be guaranteed, and the number of sessions you need may differ from the initial estimate. Following your pre- and post-treatment instructions is essential to your results.

4. Packages, courses & payments

• Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. The price confirmed at booking applies to that booking.
• Packages and courses must be paid in full before or at the first session, unless an instalment plan has been agreed in writing.
• Packages are personal to you, cannot be transferred to another person, and must be used within the validity period stated at purchase.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated.

5. Aftercare & follow-up

You will receive aftercare guidance after your treatment. Where a follow-up review is part of your treatment, our team will schedule it with you. If you experience any unexpected reaction, please contact us straight away on 0333-3143669.

6. Conduct, children & companions

We aim to keep the clinic calm and private for every patient. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times and cannot be left unattended in the clinic. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately towards our team or other patients.

7. Photography

Clinical before-and-after photographs may be taken for your medical record. They will never be shared publicly, on our website or social media, without your separate written consent.

8. Liability

All treatments carry some risk, which your doctor will explain during consultation. To the extent permitted by law, Skin&Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes resulting from not following medical advice or aftercare instructions.

9. Website use

Information on our website is for general guidance only and does not replace a medical consultation. All content, images and branding on this website belong to Skin&Co. and may not be copied without permission.

10. Feedback & complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of your experience, please speak to our front desk manager or contact us on 0333-3143669 or info.skinandco@gmail.com. We will acknowledge your concern promptly and do our best to resolve it fairly.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
